Purchase Agreement

By purchasing an item from the Viibe Network Web Store, you understand and accept that you are making a non-refundable transaction. Viibe Network reserves the right to alter, remove, modify, or otherwise change the contents of available packages in any way for past, present, and future transactions. Viibe Network agrees to, in all reasonably possible cases, make a “good faith” effort to provide the package purchased or to offer an equivalent of similar value should that package be changed or unavailable. 

Ensure you have selected the correct server before purchasing a package. Perks do not apply across multiple servers and are not transferable. 
Certain packages grant special privileges as outlined in the package details. Abusing these privileges can result in temporary or permanent loss to some or all of the contents of your purchased package. Furthermore, breaking the rules any Viibe Network Minecraft server(s) can result in expulsion from all related services. Being banned does not entitle you to a refund. Attempting charge-backs or other fraudulent claims will be pursued legally. 
ViibeNetwork reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Before making a purchase, also make sure you've read our Terms of Service. 

Purchasing Guide
 Make sure your username is CaSe-SeNsItiVe. To gift a package to another player, click on the package itself and select "Gift One-Off Package". Gifting cannot
be initiated through the add-to-basket screen. For associated Discord perks, don't forget to link your Discord account when prompted during checkout.
